Photographing residential exteriors is one of the most enjoyable jobs in architectural photography. Residential exteriors offer many opportunities to be creative in the use of available light and perspective. Taking a street level shot of a home is relatively easy but produces predictable results. Taking the time to photograph a home at dawn or sundown can make the photos much more dynamic.
Being able to shoot from a ladder or a”Camera Mast” adds even more interest and creativity to the finished images. Taking the time to photograph interesting details such as coach lights, creative masonry designs, other design features add even more impact to images in the completed project.
