Shooting the exterior of commercial buildings may involve a wide variety of challenges. In many cases weekends are the best time to shoot these jobs so that parked cars are not as much of a distraction as they would be during the week. Weather conditions, time of day, and the time of year can all play a large role in how and when to shoot a particular building.
Finding the best vantage points to shoot from are a is major consideration when shooting a commercial building. Shooting from the roof of a vehicle, the top of a ladder, or using a “Camera Mast” are all normal procedures for commercial exteriors.
